When Mark first visited us, his weight was 357 lbs. In the first 30 days after the surgery he lost 35 lbs and has been back building and racing yachts.

At the end of December 2004, he has lost almost 53 pounds.

March 2005: Mark is weighing around 127.5 kg right now, has lost around 38 kg since his surgery and is doing great, raising his family, racing yachts and outgrowing his wardrobe.
