Thin Results After Gastric Bypass Surgery in Bangkok Thailand Hospitals

Obesity
had weighed Ray Miller of Santa Clarita down throughout his life.
Weighing 300 pounds, Miller had tried every diet, each time losing
weight only to regain what he lost plus more.
The last straw in Miller's battle against his weight came when
he began to suffer from severe panic attacks. Caused by the
emotional stress of being overweight, Miller had three to five
attacks a day for nine months.
Seeking a permanent solution to his problem, Miller decided to
make the appointment that changed his life.
After researching laparoscopic bariatric surgeons, Miller made a
consultation appointment with Dr. McColgan and Dr. Dahiya. After
the first appointment, Miller's panic attacks subsided and he
was on his way to recovery. |

Miller underwent laparoscopic bariatric surgery with Dr. McColgan
and Dr. Dahiya in March 2002 and has lost 106 pounds. Although
many patients take up to a year to attain their weight goal after
surgery, Miller attributes his rapid results to following the
Laparoscopic Bariatric Specialists' program requirements to the
letter.
"Having the surgery improved the
quality of my life more than I ever thought it could",
said Miller. "Not only have the panic
attacks disappeared, but I can now do things with my family that
were impossible before."
Miller is currently in the process of writing a book about
laparoscopic bariatric surgery from the patient's perspective.
